This “review” dragged on for 3 weeks… for a case that was resolved in 2 minutes by an agent on Day 1. Seller Support had no clue it was already done. Obviously expect this, just wanted to shine some light on it. @amazon you are wasting budget. @AmazonASGTG

Over the next 3 weeks, I received the same email 5 times (see below) Ultimately, they just got back to me today saying it could not be cancelled (obviously not 3 weeks later lol). Point being... (continued ⬇️)

@amznsellerhelp is a waste of time and money for all involved: Had an automatic removal order go into processing 20 days ago that I wanted to cancel. Opened a support ticket to make this request. Agent 1: "I’ll escalate this to the appropriate internal team.” Continued ⬇️

The Great Q4 2024 Regate - Update 🚨 Right before Q4 2024 started heating up, I had exactly $275k worth of inventory get restricted by Amazon... without any notice or explanation. The 5 months since then have been undoubtedly the most difficult period of my entrepreneurial life. To make my situation worse, I took a big loan out and ran up the 0% cards. I went full Chad and took a massive swing....and missed big. Since then dealing with the fallout from this has been nearly 100% of my focus, it’s been brutal and I know man other good sellers are still dealing with it as well. But as of this morning, I can say I paid the loan back on time and in full with interest! I’m now probably 80% out of the woods and finally starting to refocus my efforts toward growth again. In total I’d say this set my business back 9-12 months, which is tough to swallow with how hard I’ve been pushing, but there’s no question I’m gonna keep building. When you get hit this hard, it's almost impossible not to build back better, as long as you're willing to build back. I just gonna be smarter, more risk adverse and probably take on a little less debt this next leg 😂

Running an Amazon biz w/out knowing your books is a waste of time. Margins slip and cash leaks. Get a bookkeeper - keeps the biz healthy and saves you during tax szn. @TaxReadyBK is the guy for this. Amz experience, communicates well, finds deductions. Lmk if you want an intro.

PL is officially live on Amazon! Scuffed Basic A+ content, no ability to set up subscribe and save yet, etc. Lots of work to be done, but cool to see something I created on here! amazon.com/dp/B0DX7M7XYW

Condensed 2024 P&L (because I strongly value transparency) Amazon Sales: $1,109,739.85 Non-Amazon Sales: $152,401.13 Total Amazon Refunds: -$176,673.23 Total Income: $1,085,467.75 Total COGS: $623,379.21 Total Other Expenses: $314,999.61 Net Operating Income: $147,088.93 Amazon Reimbursements: $5,410.58 Net Income: $152,499.54 Lots of people post sales screenshots, rental cars, and their friends watches because that's what others interpret as success. This should serve as a reminder that your favorite gurus probably aren't doing as well as their sales screenshots indicate. Hoping that I can be a part of making the online business community a more honest place.

Ever since I was a kid it’s been a dream of mine to take my Dad to a Vikings Super Bowl. We have come so close so many times but the Vikings always choke. If I were you I’d bet it all on a Vikings loss today. I know it’s a 100% lock but can’t bring myself to do it.

This doesn’t even feel real. I’ve had dreams where all of the gating and hell I’ve been through these past couple of months were fixed just to wake up to it being a dream. Now it’s real. Still don’t know why I had to go through all of that, but I will do a lot of thinking to try and figure it out. God is good🙏

I've wasted $10,000+ on bad creators. I've wasted 10+ hours looking for them too. So my developers & I made an AI affiliate outreach tool for TikTok Shop & Amazon brands... We've been actively testing our tool for months & can say that @HubfluenceIO will be next level. We're going to help brands find, manage, & pay creators seamlessly all through one dashboard. We're launching our beta soon. Sign up for our waitlist here: hubfluence.io

We moved just under 160k units in past 30 days and 175k units in December alone. It was a crazy Q4 with lots of excitement both on and off Amazon, but survived to make it to my favorite time of the year, Q1! Now the real fun starts! Friday is kids last day in public school for a bit. Monday we pull them out of school for two months to go live on a mountain on property we just closed on a couple weeks ago. We will ski pretty much every day for two months straight as a family. Wife will home school the kids while we are there, I'll cover "gym class", and I'll do some work early in morning and evenings. Most importantly we will build memories that I couldn't have dreamed of 10 years ago when working a corporate job.
