This Segun Johnson’s gist is tiring. How do you date someone for 13yrs, then go ahead to thank her for sticking with you when you had nothing. Encouraged her to come back to Naija & cheat on her with UK babe. Only to break up with her via voicenote cos of new UK babe because she caught him. Can we agree that most men who marry long time girlfriends do it ,not because they necessarily feel the same way but because they need to probably reward her for staying with him in SAPA. Their taste in women changes with money & that’s why they cheat recklessly even if they marry who suffered with them. Look at Egungun & Pashotah. If he was made from the onset,it’s obvious his eyes will be elsewhere. I prefer the ones who are decent enough to just admit that their taste in women has changed in women, instead of using marriage as compensation. Let this babe move on cos Segun is clearly gone.

There is a skill that I want you to start practising and learning. It is the skill of learning to say a boatload of nothing. Yes! A boatload of nothing. You will get to some situations in life where people want to nail you to a cross. No matter the kind of stance you take, you are between the devil and the deep blue sea. So you have to learn how to say "nothing" in many words.

Not trying to victim blame, but there’s a certain age you will reach I would expect that you will take responsibility of your life and do what is best for you and your future. I understand being a foolish teenager but following a man blindly as a grown woman is lol….

The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) officially classifies pepper spray and "shockers" (tasers/stun guns) as illegal for private citizens but there’s a culture dedicated to raping Nigerian women!!! I hate this country with my blood and sweat.

Bros, I’ve noticed one consistent pattern in BAT’s life , he was never the obvious choice for the Senate in 1993, nor the preferred candidate for Lagos governor in 1998, and even in the 2023 presidential election. Yet somehow, God keeps aligning his path in ways no one can fully explain. He is truly a God-ordained project.

Let me share a personal encounter and why I believe he is a man of destiny. During the SDP era, my dad was a leading and prominent figure in Agege. At the time, SDP politics in Lagos was deeply divided between two powerful factions — the Primrose group led by Chief Dapo Sarumi, and the Baba Kekere group led by Chief LKJ. Those who witnessed that period will remember how intense and, at times, brutal the political struggle was between these two groups. As the senatorial primaries for Lagos West approached, there was first a crucial state executive election within the party. Both factions were in a fierce battle for control, but Baba Kekere’s group won the majority of the positions. That victory gave them a clear advantage going into the primaries. About a week before the senatorial primary, it already seemed certain that Baba Kekere’s camp would dominate, and that the relatively unknown candidate backed by the Primrose group stood little chance. Then one night, everything changed. I saw a large Chevrolet SUV parked in front of our house. Stepping out were Chief Sarumi and that same “unknown” candidate. They asked for my dad, and I ushered them upstairs. My dad was visibly surprised by the visit. Chief Sarumi came with a simple request — for my dad’s support. The candidate, who happened to live around us in Agege, spoke passionately and eloquently about his vision and why he left a lucrative job at Mobil to pursue politics. As an engineering student at the time, just hearing “Mobil” immediately caught my attention and admiration. To cut a long story short, my dad told them he would consult with his group and get back to them. But for me, I was already convinced. I believed in him instantly. After they left, I even went the extra mile — speaking to party members around us, encouraging them to support him. I genuinely felt he would be a better representative for our people. Eventually, my dad’s group agreed to back him. And guess what? He went on to win the primary — and then the general election — convincingly. That “unknown man” is today the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. @officialABAT Life doesn’t always favour you at the start. But when destiny is involved, things have a way of aligning. I truly believe President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a God-ordained project. Ire ooo.

FEMI FANI-KAYODE: AN AMBASSADOR WITHOUT DECORUM By DELE MOMODU To those begging me to ignore FEMI FANI-KAYODE, my apologies, I can't. I know Femi well. He is a bully. But I have plenty time for him. He calls a global brand, Ovation Media Group, defunct. Yet, as recently as February 11, 2026, he still begged me to help him publish on one of our platforms, The Boss newspapers, about the Educational achievements of his family. And I gladly obliged him, after which he sent "Thanks brother. Very kind of you." Is he already suffering from dementia? As for Ovation International, he used our platform to celebrate the birthday of his son, for which we did not charge a kobo. This was what he wrote and sent to me: "Good morning my brother. May I send you videos and pictures of my sons birthday party which took place on 25th. They are great shots and I would appreciate it if you could select a few for your usage... Always and forever my brother. I am proud of you and I wish you well. Keep up the great work." What work or business does Femi do except scavenging for political appointments? With all his boastfulness about his silverspoon status, he has not attained a global brand except for the wrong reasons. His estranged wife, Precious, reached out to me, to speak to Femi to grant her access to their children. She regaled me with unprintable and horrendous tales of Femi's inhumanity to her. I obliged and got Femi and her to reconcile, technically. Femi was so excited that he pestered me for progress on the matter, regularly, including asking me to speak to a female Senator: "I hope you managed to reach her my brother." What more can I do to make Femi happy?.. I understand Femi's strategy. He needs to remain in Tinubu's good books just in case GERMANY falls through and he needs another appointment... AARE BASORUN AKINROGUN DELE MOMODU is a journalist and former Presidential candidate...

@ManLikeIcey If he didn’t know this before the 2023 election, then I don’t know what to say, just like Atiku leaving PDP in 2014, to undermine GEJ reelection. Anyway seems like they needed to make this mistakes for Tinubu to emerge President😊

Peter Obi learnt a lot from 2023 Presidential election. A united opposition is the way. Atiku/Obi ticket ship has sailed. Political unity is the solution. More than two Presidential candidates on the ballot gives Tinubu an easy win. Facts are stubborn.
