Your home laundry folding robot has arrived - the full unit with arms, compute, cams, light, and table is $1500 incl shipping and taxes to USA and Canada. Works on a 2.5 x 2ft folding table, perfect for apartments, 1 min/item, fully autonomous, safe, private, 1 year warranty @7Xrobotics
English

@nassaraf Thanks - the other robot is fully teleoperated for the purpose of collecting data from your home. This is our more compact model :) We might give it a body with arms sticking out, cam and light as the head, and compute in the back - it would drive up the price significantly
English

@Deeplearner2 $1499 is a really good price. Another robot in SF I know of is $500/mo or $8k outright. Are you making a more compact model soon?
English

@iiJDSii Thanks - the hardware is quite high-end. Purchase one to see for yourself - we offer a 1 year warranty on the full unit
English

@Deeplearner2 Very cool software and demo, let's get some higher-end hardware in there and we have a winner!
English

@TetraxYT @chris_j_paxton We manufactured the arms ourselves
English

@Deeplearner2 @chris_j_paxton What arms are these? $1500 is a crazy price!
English

@Hey_Billy @chris_j_paxton Our price includes shipping and taxes
English

@Deeplearner2 @chris_j_paxton That’s amazing… iirc I paid $300 for a SO101 kit and supplied my own RPi.
English

@Hey_Billy @chris_j_paxton In the video there is laundry in the basket on the side -the robot picks clothes from there to fold and sort (all autonomous)
English

@Deeplearner2 @chris_j_paxton I would love to see a timelapse of it folding a basket of laundry… having trouble envisioning folded clothes output workflow
English

@Hey_Billy @chris_j_paxton Thanks. For $1499 this has everything - robot arms with sufficient payload and reach, the computer and AI, all electronics and wires including the table.
English

@faraz_r_khan That is probably down the line in some later version but if you have kids then this is ideal for that volume. This should fit in your laundry room - we can probably attach a folding table to it so that it literally folds and easy to put away when not in use.
English

@Deeplearner2 I almost bought one. It’s just too much stuff to put in one’s homes. Since I’ve had kids I actually just don’t fold clothes anymore. If this actually picked up clothes, washed them in the washer, dried them and sorted them into closets I would buy it instantly.
English

@faraz_r_khan Thanks Faraz - this also fits nicely in your home and is safe - it's a robot made for the home instead of adapting an industrial one
English

@Deeplearner2 Have followed you since you started doing this. These are awesome 👏 sell them to laundromats as a vending machine! They have space and people would gladly pay! Same with dry cleaners.
English

@kmar_akshay Go for it - you don’t just get the arms but also say goodbye to folding laundry yourself
English

@Deeplearner2 Pretty unbelievable pricing - I would buy it even for the arms themselves!
English

@ivanleomk @SherryYanJiang Go for it Ivan - it’ll fold your laundry while you focus on more important things
English

@Deeplearner2 @SherryYanJiang this is so cool!! I'm gonna buy one at this rate haha
English

@justPWF They don’t need to - the robot comes with AI for your household and commercial tasks
English

@Deeplearner2 Would users be able to easily train these to do new tasks that you haven't pretrained it to do?
English

@HyperLogistix Thanks - affordable, speed, and accuracy are our core values
English

@Deeplearner2 Great job! You are just giving these away! Love to see it!
English

@viz_0_n Sorry, no dev kits, but you'll never need to fold your laundry again
English

@Deeplearner2 Do you also sell it as a dev kit with basic software?
English

@Deeplearner2 Excellent work. I'm about to get this up in several of our robotics group chats and Discord for you.
English

@Deeplearner2 Cool. Feetech? Dynamixel? Which motors are you using?
English

@justPWF Wash your dishes straight from the sink to drying rack - that work is still in progress
English

@Deeplearner2 What else can it do in addition to laundry?
English

Our robot just got an upgrade. The eyes (camera), arms, and brain (controller) are now one compact portable unit — easy to move to any table, no perfect alignment needed, and fewer wires @7Xrobotics
English

@ictdeptau @7Xrobotics It’s trying to figure out what it is because it hasn’t seen many boxer briefs - it finally recognizes it and throws it in the underwear + socks pile. This is all unseen new data and a new home that the robot is seeing for the first time
English

@Deeplearner2 @7Xrobotics The first few minutes is literally how i fold my underwear
English

We’re selling our robot! Here’s a customer using it to fold their t-shirts and underwear - 8 unseen items in 10 mins in a brand new home. Works in any home or business, on any clothing. It sorts, folds & stacks at 1 min per item. A real working robot for your home @7Xrobotics
