Most gamedevs still haven't learned this important lesson:
Vincent went all-in on this second game and failed, but rather than giving up, pivoted into something small and fun and it took off.
My takeaway is: validate your ideas as quickly as possible. Don't sink years and thousands of dollars into a moonshot idea that isn't validated.
You can make something fun and simple in a few days.

@chongdashu Please explain what is juice here. I’m seeing amazing graphics for animation. This style reminds me of anime fighter games that have a lot of this “juice” but feel terrible to play. Is juice just a new word for animation effects?

I just feel like you don't need to put another engine down to show how cool yours is.
Godot is cool btw I used it a few times.
