प्रोफेसर बनने से पहले मैं छात्र संघ अध्यक्ष व छात्र नेता रही हूँ। इसलिए समझ सकती हूँ छात्रा का ग़ुस्सा विश्वविद्यालय पर था न कि अतिथि पर। लोकतंत्र में विरोध को सकारात्मक दृष्टि से लेना चाहिए। जैसा नेहरु ने संसद भवन में कॉलर पकड़कर आज़ादी से क्या मिला पुछने वाली महिला को उत्तर दिया था कि प्रधानमंत्री की कॉलर पकड़ने का अधिकार दिया। आज प्रधानमंत्री या मुख्यमंत्री या मंत्री की कॉलर छोड़िए क्या विश्वविद्यालय से सवाल का अधिकार भी नहीं? विरोध में हिंसा नहीं होनी चाहिए, बिना गाली गलौज साफ़ शब्दों में विरोध मेरी समझ से लोकतांत्रिक कहलाता है।

बदतमीजी की इंतेहा थी यह... आज हरिदेव जोशी पत्रकारिता विश्वविद्यालय के दीक्षांत समारोह में जो कुछ हुआ उसकी बहुत चर्चा है। लेकिन यह एक बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना थी। यह बदतमीजी की इंतेहा थी। जैसा कि पता चला है, दीक्षांत समारोह में राज्यपाल महोदय और उपमुख्यमंत्री मंत्री डॉ. प्रेमचंद बेरवा निश्चित संख्या में छात्र-छात्राओं को डिग्रियां मंच पर बुलाकर प्रदान कर चुके थे। इस बीच कुछ छात्र-छात्राएं अनर्गल कमेंट और नारेबाजी कर रहे थे। किसी भी दीक्षांत समारोह में सबको मंच पर बुलाकर डिग्रियां नहीं दी जाती। लेकिन इनकी जिद्द थी कि सभी को मंच पर बुलाकर डिग्री दी जाए। ख़ैर! उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ प्रेमचंद बैरवा को यह बात पता चली। वे उन छात्र-छात्राओं का मन रखने के लिए राज्यपाल महोदय को विदा करने के बाद फिर से मंच पर आए और सभी को डिग्री लेने के लिए बुलाया गया। बैरवा जी की इस सदिच्छा का इस लड़की ने ऐसा अपमान किया है कि यह एक सबक जैसा बन गया। आगे शायद ही कोई मन रखने या भावना का सम्मान करने के चक्कर में पड़े। पूरे दीक्षांत समारोह की गरिमा इस एक कमेंट से धुल गई। दीक्षांत समारोह में किसी की भी बेइज्जती नहीं की गई थी लेकिन इस बालिका ने सब की बेइज्जती कर दी। मंच की, मंत्री की, समारोह की और उस भावना की, जो उपमुख्यमंत्री बैरवा ने समझी थी। हां, हम मानते हैं कि छात्र जीवन में एक जोश होता है और थोड़ी उद्दंडता भी होती है। छात्र जीवन का यह एक तत्व है। लेकिन यह सब करने के लिए उचित मंच और उचित अवसर जरूर देखा जाना चाहिए। आज का यह एक्ट बिल्कुल ही गैर जरूरी था। (जैसा मौके पर मौजूद छात्र-छात्राओं ने बताया)

Petroleum Ministry and oil PSUs must remain on one page and monitor their respective Gas Agencies. Gas dealer do not pick the phone . On line booking is non functional . On booking through the INDANE App, reply given is that Consumer No is not traceable . Whereas Consumer id provided is exactly as per the gas receipt bill. In fact INDANE has the Consumer No saved on record for each registered Mobile No used for ON LINE Bookings . So is their an actual problemm or a deliberate man made ???
