They will have to same sales records even if they split payment into 1000 accounts. Sometimes there is a threshold of upper limit from service provider like gpay, paytm etc hence they change QR code.

I was at a petrol pump and saw this. No QR code. My friend was with me. She said they used to keep changing these codes to multiple accounts to split the income and avoid big taxes. I don’t know whether it is true or not, but I see the probability of it being true is very high.
