Our best starting 11 by a country mile in our pomp. Wonder how many games this 11 were able to play together? Can't have been many. The downgrades from this 11 were huge. Imagine adding Mane/Wijnaldum who we couldn't agree wages with & 1 more? Would've cost £100m tops. Negligence

The idea that anybody could take that group and just go win is a straw man’s argument. Golden deserves credit

Obviously will need to wait and see but is what Todds done a product of generational talent or the fact that he’s built a machine?

What an incredible 2 year run for Florida. A national championship. A SEC Championship. 63 wins. But heartbreak city tonight in front of a huge home crowd in Tampa. Florida will lose Thomas Haugh- one of the best players in program history. After that? A rebuild or a reload?

@gatorsszn Completely agree. Byington is a tremendous coach and Vandy played well. They shot 48% from 3 and 91% from the line. Gators haven’t lost since early January, we were due. People take one game and throw out the entire body of work 😂

This is what you get when you disrespect a manager who won the Europa League Cup 🏆 like Ange! The team is so dysfunctional and out of place everywhere! You break a winning team's energy with a manager and on top of that a board that is dysfunctional and clueless! This Leadership is a disgrace!

@JacoCats I’d love to know what kind of psych evaluations they do when recruiting/scouting players. Most of these players don’t have that edge or fight, that lack of a winning mentality is an odd repeat offender amongst the squad.

This happens when we overrate our team constantly, shelting and protecting the players. Last season, we finished 17th, but it was only because we "concentrated on the EL", nothing to do with the players. This season was before the fault of Frank, now the fault of Tudor. These players are dragging us down, with their attitude, with their quality, with their lack of responsibilities. They failed to turn up constantly in the last 4 months. Now, even in a relegation battle, they can't show even a little bit of pride. I want to change everyone on this team after this season.

@GMK1706 @imscott @CoysConf Losing was a habit long before Ange. Tottenham’s default mode is losing. It’s ingrained in the club’s mindset. Ange started to break that - he was only one prepared to back them and say they would win. The players talked about the confidence that gave them.

Wow, sack Ange Postecoglou, the man who ended your 17 year trophy drought, and 41 European trophy drought, who loved the club & wanted the best for it, was also adored by the players, and was able to unite the fans at the trophy parade.. And then get subsequently relegated. 😬

@ThePremInside Ange normalized loss after loss, and the players clearly bought into it. Look at Porro and others getting mad at fans for being upset after losses. Says everything about where the mentality ended

I fear the decision to fire Ange may prove to be the biggest mistake Tottenham has ever made.

@Billie_T It is crazy to me how many quality people our club has let go, replaced or dismissed in place of absolute frauds. More passion here than all of Frank’s interviews combined. Also, clearly Wells is an excellent young coach.

@franzenj07 So much of it is behaviours and mindset. The gr 10s are trying but have little experience to draw on and wit no modelling from the older players it has been tough for them but they have impressively stayed the course. Spring & summer will be complete tear down and rebuild

@franzenj07 I’m currently in the middle of this myself. I’m up in Edmonton, Alberta Canada, only 3 years of high school here gr 10-12. Last year was year 1 and missed out on playoffs by 1 game. This year have 7 freshmen an getting beat up, no leadership from the gr 12s. Big reset needed

I took over a HS program that had lost 42 straight games & had not one games in the state playoffs since the 60s. Here’s how we rebuilt it from the ground up. I wasn't sure it could be fixed but the principal sold me on the school & community so here is how we did it

He spoke so well, didn't constantly throw fans under the bus, had a personality, stood up for our club when no one else would, has a winning mentality. Then he backed himself and won us our first trophy in 17 years.
