@DriveTime My son applied to work for you guys. He had an interview scheduled but the recruiter called almost 2 hours after that scheduled interview and told him that he'd reach back out the following day. That never happened. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

@DriveTime And they told me to take to the mechanic(basically, without my knowledge, overriding my RIGHT to return it within 5 days. Kept saying if it didn’t get it fixed this time I could choose another car. Picked up th car yesterday after being at the shop for 6 days. Lights on again.

@DriveTime Legit the worse experience with an issue. I have been lied to and they have not stood by the warranty or the quality of the car. Bought my car barely a month ago, on the second DRIVE after I took it home, driving to work the next day the check engine and lights came on

@DriveTime Why don't you EVER have any decent 4X4 pickup trucks at your Lexington KY location? I search within 250 miles & find all kind of trucks at other dealerships but never in Lexington. I've paid off 2 cars with you & would buy a 3rd if you had what I'm looking for locally.

@DriveTime potential buyers beware! DT does not/ will not finance us gig workers! And to make it worse they dont tell you til you arrive at the dealership after having been approved online, have all your ducks in a row...i e.prrof of income, ins, license down pmt etc.shady!!!

My mom purchased a car from @drivetime with warranty coverage from SilverRock - that they tell customers to get. In less than 30 days, the check engine light came on. The car requires over $2300 for repairs and SilverRock denied the claim. Do not purchase from Drivetime ever!
