WA state regs make it illegal for some daycare teachers to peel a banana - but opening a bag of Cheetos is just fine. Sadly, many states in the country treat serving fruits and vegetables in the same bureaucratic class as making sushi - and the result is more processed food for toddlers. We see eye to eye on this @SecRollins @USDA - help us fix these nonsense food prep regulations and legalize fresh fruit for our toddlers!
