There are at least as many problems as there are people. In fact, there are more, as everyone's individual issues are added to the contextual issues that dominate the conversation (as seen in other comments). A metaproblem is the reductionist mentality that there is "a way to fix IT" as if there is just an "it" to begin with. Actually, people are people. There are lots of great ladies looking for a Catholic husband. And at the same time, Catholic young men who "want to marry a Catholic girl" yet seem to be prevented by various insecurities or mysterious other obstacles. Genuinely asking as a pastor, how do we fix this??

@kelly_o_edwards Girls need to start approaching men they are interested in. There’s too many negative consequences for men nowadays if they try and get rejected. It’s not worth approaching someone when you have to worry about being blasted online for being a weirdo or a creep.
