😆 I have been seeing this picture feature repeatedly under my post. Are you guys unconsciously addicted to ignorance or you are just allergic to any appearance of logic? How does this picture prove Asiwaju worked against NADECO when NADECO only came into being on May 15, 1994 to fight for the restoration of MKO's mandate which was unlawfully annulled in 1993. How does this picture prove Asiwaju was in bed with Abacha when MKO himself featured in the same picture? One does not have to be a genius to know Asiwaju merely accompanied MKO to the State House as one of the few loyalists MKO trusted for such an encounter. But .... But... You can only wake one who is truly asleep not the one pretending to be in slumber.... Some of us carry the inheritance of native intelligence - the valiant struggles of our forebears, the quiet triumph of principle over pandemonium. Those who arrive empty-handed - no history, no logic, no argument - have our sympathies. But never our apologies. Good Morning Severally... Meanwhile my friends, subscribe to our youtube channel using the link on my bio for premium political analysis.

@LegendaryJoe I thought ABACHA was a dictator, what was TINUBU doing behind him? Did he at some point stop being a member of NADECO?

This is Olu Onagoruwa And his son, Toyin. A renowned constitutional lawyer, Olu Onagoruwa was a thorn in the flesh of the military regimes of Muhammadu Buhari and Ibrahim Babangida. He represented Ken Saro-Wiwa, Minere Amakiri, Tai Solarin, Gani Fawehinmi, Beko Ransome-Kuti and Falana in court whenever the Military arrested them. Abacha killed his son Toyin. Why? Olu Onagoruwa who was minister of justice and attorney-genera disowned 8 decrees rolled out by Abacha, 1st offence. His 2nd offence was that he approved the release of Turner Ogboru whose brother Great Ogboru financed the Orkar coup against IBB. His son Toyin who had just finished his PhD was murdered infront of his house In Yaba. The assassins? Sgt Rogers, Frank Omenka and others. Olu was shot in the eye and in the back. Toyin’s mother died because of this incident and his father later developed a stroke and never recovered till he died. But Abacha is more of a democrat than NADECO Activists uno.

Kunle Ajibade was the Editor of The News magazine and he was sentenced to life for treason for publishing a story on the same coup during Abacha's reign. People were doing life in prison while Peter Obi was getting Port appointment from.the same dictator.

This is Kunle Ajibade. The co-founder of TheNEWS and PM NEWS. In 1995 he was jailed for life by General Sani Abacha for treason. He spent 3 years in Makurdi prison. His crime? Reporting the news. But according to Peter Obi, Abacha is a democrat.

Tinubu in Jos Confirms ‘Don't Vote for Me’ Prediction on Power Supply During the 2023 campaign, President Tinubu made a clear electoral promise: “If I don’t give you constant electricity in four years, don’t vote for me for a second term.” When he took office in 2023, Nigeria had a power supply of over 4,000 megawatts and lower tariffs. Today, the electricity power supply is less than 4,000 megawatts on the average, and Nigerians are paying higher tariffs. Nigeria currently has the lowest per capita electricity consumption in the world, with a rate below 30% of the African average. Africa’s average is 617kwh, Nigeria’s is 144 kWh. This means that Nigerians consume least electricity than other Africans. In a glaring display of disregard for promises and a lack of trust, President Tinubu, during a brief airport stopover to visit grieving families of the Jos attack on Thursday, April 2, 2026, stated that one of the reasons for his 10-minute stay was that the airport had no electricity. “You have no light here I fly out in ten minutes” At a time when Nigerians are enduring days without power, our leaders cannot even stay a few minutes without it. Now is the time to stop incompetent leaders—those lacking the capacity and compassion—who prioritise their own comfort over the well-being of the people and make empty promises. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

These are pieces of evidence that Rafi'u was part of the process that led to the emergence of the David Mark-led NWC. The questions are: at what point did he make a U-turn and what actually necessitated that?

STATEHOUSE PRESS RELEASE Why President Tinubu addressed the victims of the Plateau attacks at the airport President Tinubu's itinerary for Thursday included two main engagements: receiving the Chadian President, Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, and proceeding to Iperu, Ogun State. After Governor Caleb Mutfwang's briefing, President Tinubu suspended the trip to Ogun. Overnight, the Presidential Villa made arrangements for the visit to Jos, with presidential assets quickly deployed. However, the President could not postpone the scheduled visit by the Chadian leader. The President of Chad was at the Presidential Villa for a very important bilateral meeting focused on strengthening security collaboration between the two countries. The meeting ran longer than expected, affecting President Tinubu’s scheduled departure for Jos. Upon arrival in Jos, the visit encountered some logistical challenges. While the road distance from the airport to Jos township is approximately 40 minutes, the runway does not support night flights due to the absence of navigational aids. The constraints made it unfeasible to drive into town, meet victims for on-the-spot assessment and return to the airport before dusk. Consequently, state and federal officials decided to bring representatives of the affected community to a hall adjoining the airport so the President could meet with them promptly while adhering to flight restrictions. Among the people in the hall were the Minister of Defence, the Chief of Army Staff and the Inspector General of Police, who had visited Rukuba, the epicentre of the conflict. President Tinubu deployed the high-level team to Rukuba, including the Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement, to undertake critical groundwork on security and community engagement, with a view to stabilising the area before his arrival. Beyond expressing his condolences to the victims, President Tinubu’s objective was to engage with critical stakeholders in Plateau State on ending the recurring, decades-old conflict that has resulted in needless loss of lives and property. President Tinubu’s visit to Jos was not merely symbolic. It was a strategic, high-level engagement aimed at bringing all stakeholders together to address the root causes of conflict and insecurity in the state. He interacted with the victims, consoled them, and listened to them. He also listened to local leaders and assured them that the federal government would deliver justice and end the cycle of violence. He promised the deployment of 5000 AI-enabled cameras to monitor the city and enhance the identification and arrest of troublemakers. Furthermore, the President invited the community leaders to Abuja for further talks on finding a lasting solution to the recurring violence in the state. The meeting, televised live, was solemn and reassuring, boosting residents' confidence. President Tinubu achieved the purpose of his visit, despite the naysayers' attempts to ridicule it. He dropped an unmistakable message: sustainable peace must be built with the people, not imposed on them. Bayo Onanuga Special Adviser to the President (Information and Strategy) April 3, 2026

Dr Alhaji Kowope Cole 🇳🇬🇸🇸
Tinubu’s outing today was good. MC said because of the short time, people won’t be able to address him. He said nah, the National leader of APC must speak, present and former governors must speak, former deputy speaker must speak and then the head of the traditional leaders must speak and he wants to hear from everyone. He then addressed everyone including families of the victims especially the woman in the trending video. Asked all the traditional leaders to meet him immediately he arrives in Abuja. Bosun Tijani addressed everyone afterwards and said 5000 cameras to be installed at flashpoints as Huawei and other companies were already on ground to start installation. You can continue to cry that he addressed them at the airport.
