If your original travel date is within 72 hours, rebook by visiting emirat.es/managebooking or “Manage Your Booking” on the Emirates App. If your booking is for later, please contact us for assistance at emirat.es/support or emirat.es/xdm 🔄 Request a refund - You can request for a refund of your ticket by completing the refund form at emirat.es/refund. Please allow up to 15 days for your request to be processed. Booked through a travel agent? Please contact them directly for assistance with rebookings and refunds. Always check the status of your flight before heading to the airport, and visit emirat.es/travelupdates for the latest.

Emirates has resumed reduced flight operations after a temporary suspension earlier this morning (16 March, 2026). Some flights from today’s schedule have been cancelled. Affected customers will receive a cancellation notice and will be advised on reaccommodation options. Customers are advised to check the status of their flight on emirat.es/flightstatus before heading to the airport. Customers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if their connecting flight is operating. Please do not go to the airport unless you hold a confirmed booking. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. Customers can review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and should check their email for notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport. We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience. The safety and security of our passengers and crew remain our highest priority, and will not be compromised.

@EmiratesSupport I have a booking from Manchester to Brisbane on 1st April. There appear to be no flights currently to Brisbane. Your latest news suggests that I can only rebook for flights up to the end of May or request a refund. So I will have to pay more for traveling later?
