Please expect approximately 15 business days for your refund to process. If your booking was made through a travel agent, they’ll need to assist you directly. There will be no additional fees for cancellations or rebookings.

Hi, @EmiratesSupport a if ours are 26 Mar flights, is that full refund without any charges as the refund form states fare conditions as advised at time of purchase? Also, is that one refund form for one booking reference as mine has 3 people for a booking reference? Thanks

If your original travel date is within 72 hours, rebook by visiting emirat.es/managebooking or “Manage Your Booking” on the Emirates App. If your booking is for later, please contact us for assistance at emirat.es/support or emirat.es/xdm 🔄 Request a refund - You can request for a refund of your ticket by completing the refund form at emirat.es/refund. Please allow up to 15 days for your request to be processed. Booked through a travel agent? Please contact them directly for assistance with rebookings and refunds. @EmiratesSupport I have had the worst experience getting a refund for my parents flight. Hours on hold to no response. Message after message just to be hit by an automated message reply or agents that reply that don’t seem to want to help. Worst customer service experience ever!

Absolutely disgusting that @emirates are STILL holding my money when my holiday has been and gone. I will NEVER book with them again - my friends who booked with BA & OTB had their refund in 48h!!

@EmiratesSupport Why are you not refunding the seat booking cost? If you sell the seat again, you will charge the next customer for this and if you don’t sell the seat again, nobody is booked into the seat so why should any payment be due for its selection?

Emirates has resumed reduced flight operations after a temporary suspension earlier this morning (16 March, 2026). Some flights from today’s schedule have been cancelled. Affected customers will receive a cancellation notice and will be advised on reaccommodation options. Customers are advised to check the status of their flight on emirat.es/flightstatus before heading to the airport. Customers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if their connecting flight is operating. Please do not go to the airport unless you hold a confirmed booking.
