It’s really such a shame how Emirates treated their customers. I booked a ticket through Emirates and spent approximately $2,900 for a return ticket. Due to a medical emergency, I couldn’t fly. Upon requesting a refund, they denied it. tim.clark@emirates.com @EmiratesSupport

@viraj_suratwala Hi Virrajj. It looks like the selected flights aren’t Dubai Connect‑eligible, as the eligibility note isn’t showing on the image you shared. When flights are eligible, this is clearly indicated after the flights are selected. You can DM us for more help.
