Why is it virtually impossible to get help from @EmiratesSupport @emirates to fix their problem with a booking! After fixing typo in skywards before booking ticket, the ticket issued with wrong old data from skyward, and impossible to fix, keeps pulling old skyward data.

@emirates This is now being mishandled. You rebooked my daughter incorrectly to Calcutta (wrong destination) and are now refusing to provide a proper solution except a 24-hour delay. This is unsafe and unacceptable. Need correct rebooking to Trivandrum alternative. PNR: PKYJ6B

.@emirates lost my luggage DXB-BKK on June 4. 62 calls and multiple office visits later, absolute radio silence. The bag contains crucial medication, forcing me to pay for emergency medical visits & replacements out of pocket. Total disregard for passenger health. #Emirates

@emirates The mental toll of chasing @emirates 62+ times completely ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful family trip. Hours wasted on hold, repeating my story to endless agents who promise callbacks that never happen. The sheer lack of empathy and basic accountability is staggering.

@emirates The damage itself is unfortunate, but the complete lack of communication unanswered phone calls & absence of updates has made this experience far more frustrating. I hope @emirates Customer Relations can review my case clarify the compensation process, and provide an update asap.

I’m extremely disappointed with how my damaged baggage claim has been handled by @emirates . I traveled from Birmingham → Dubai → Karachi and upon arrival discovered that my new Samsonite suitcase had been damaged during transit.
