My channel has been REINSTATED. After 106 long days, my nightmare has finally ended... for now at least. I've never in my life felt so relieved and frankly the last 3 months have been the most depressing days of my life. I will remain active on X and will keep helping and sharing stories about false terminations. Special thanks to my friend @shazyoutube and everyone who shared my posts. This is exactly what I did since november and what I suspect got my punishment reversed: 1) I've sent 4 Legal Complaints in Europe against YouTube 2) I've posted over 350 messages tagging @TeamYouTube asking for assistance (All ignored) 3) I've made 2 articles on the YouTube Community Forums explaining my situation (THIS IS A MUST, IT COULD BE SEEN) 4) I've insisted on the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT for weeks, been through 5 alleged reviews. (AIM FOR AS MANY APPEALS AS POSSIBLE) 5) I've tried daily to RESUBMIT the appeal form found in the termination email (THIS IS A MUST, even if it says "already rejected" nine times out of ten) 6) I started a petition asking for Neal Mohan's resignation (Probably didn't help) 7) I made a post on REDDIT (PartnerYouTube Forum) explaining my situation (THIS IS A MUST, we'll never know if someone from YouTube sees it and checks your channel) EVEN IF THE POST WILL BE DELETED BY MODERATORS, DO IT! 8) MOST IMPORTANT (What I think got me reinstated): Head over to regular YouTube, go to settings and "Help" You can submit another help request regarding your channel there. (It was not rejected and I was told they received my case) 9) If you have ANY terminated channels as a result of your primary one, appeal them as well. (This brought some attention to me, one channel was recently reinstated despite it actually being in circumvention) 10) I've submitted my channel on @shazyoutube's SPREADSHEET, maybe that brought some attention as well (THIS IS A MUST) CONCLUSION: The most important thing is: NEVER GIVE UP & KEEP INSISTING. It might take a day, a week, a month, a year... but don't quit. If I hadn't insisted, my channel would of NEVER been reinstated. I've seen a lot of people hate on my content, and you might run across them as well. Understand that the community isn't capable of judging videos, only YouTube is. If YouTube manually accepted your channel in the PARTNER'S PROGRAM, there's a good chance your termination was false. I've had over 5 appeals + 1 appeal on the YouTube site. Consistency is key, keep appealing as many times as you can. Go to your termination email and try to send an appeal daily, it might eventually work. Thank you everyone who shared my posts and lastly I want to thank @TeamYouTube for finally reviewing my channel. THE SAD TRUTH?: This happens to THOUSANDS of creators. Even if I was reinstated, I've lost momentum and over 106 days worth of possible community growth and revenue. I will never be compensated for that, I've fallen behind and it will be difficult to climb back up. This should be a lesson to all of us, terminations can happen to anyone MAKE SURE YOUR CONTENT IS WITHIN THE GUIDELINES YouTube sees us as creators in the end, not enemies. Their goal to keep the community safe is wrongly approached. YOUR VIDEOS AREN'T WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING WHEN DELETING CHANNELS! @TeamYouTube My channel was demonetized and I can’t submit an appeal. The video appeal option doesn’t appear, and the form just gives “There was an error. Try again later.” I even recorded a video appeal and it’s still at 0 views. You DM’d me to verify info, waiting for you now

Timeline of events by @TeamYouTube 1) Falsely terminate @Envision_Deep for 3 months 2) Reinstate him after being legally forced (Not one apology) 3) Confiscate all AdSense funds because it took longer than 50 days to solve THEIR own issue 4) Demonetize him soon after. Cheers!

UPDATE: @TeamYouTube still hasn’t paid out my confiscated AdSense funds (800$) I simply cannot comprehend how @reneritchie is fine with this idea: YouTube is responsible for a wrongful termination, destroying the creator’s community for months, then also confiscating “legal” money. I decided to move on and start uploading again youtube.com/shorts/1ff7HDu… You let me down, YouTube, once again. How is it my fault it took you more than 50 days to fix your OWN issue?

Dear @TeamYouTube, @YouTubeInsider, @YouTubeCreators & @reneritchie I will wait a few weeks, then take legal action in Europe. This is unacceptable. Own up to your mistakes and cover the costs. WHAT'S GOING ON? My channel was reinstated after 106 days, only to find out that the money I had in AdSense will not be paid out to me. My monetization was never disabled, and all my content was within the guidelines. You ROBBED me. The fact that you reinstate channels after months without offering any compensation is already inhumane. You’ve caused me major production losses and a community downfall. As if that wasn’t enough, you are also literally committing theft by confiscating what is rightfully mine. I’ve tried to be reasonable and understanding throughout this process, but this has gone too far. Your systems falsely flagged my channel. YouTube admitted the mistake and reinstated my account. A few days after my termination, the $800 I had in AdSense was reversed back to YouTube. I immediately contacted live support and was told I would get it back if my channel was ever reinstated. How can I be responsible for your delays, who even came up with this "50 days rule"? Why should I have to suffer financial losses when you already screwed me over for 3 months.

@Envision_Deep @TeamYouTube @YouTubeInsider wow, when reinstating a channel YouTube admits it made a mistake by terminating a channel, during the cancellation the channel loses earnings for weeks / months but in the end YouTube does not want to return the funds that were on the AdSense when terminated? Wow!

@medeadly Thank you man, I truly hope you get reinstated as well, I've been following your story. Read my methods and try out everything. My last appeal, directly on YouTube (it was different than those forms) was probably what got me reinstated.

@Envision_Deep Congrats, it’s crazy you had to do all that just to get someone to take your channel. Now I have to wait to get my channel back, the one I made in 2006. This is crazy.

@myownviewsYT @TeamYouTube I've read that too, but I've seen people get it after a whole year? It doesn't make sense, I didn't get a "second chance", they made a mistake.

Dear @TeamYouTube, After 106 days of wrongful termination, my channel was finally reinstated. The issue is that a few days after my termination, all the funds from my AdSense were reversed back to YouTube. I understood from support that I would receive them back if I was ever reinstated. Today, however, live chat told me I won't get the earnings back because I was terminated. Will they be paid out as normal? My account still shows $0. m.youtube.com/channel/UCwAPQ…

That’s amazing news, huge congratulations. I’m really happy you finally got a proper review. Luxury Zone is still dealing with a similar termination @TeamYouTube. If you’re able to share what helped most, it would mean a lot. Hoping we can reach the same outcome soon.

UPDATE: After 106 days, my channel has officially been REINSTATED. I can't put into words what I'm feeling—this is absolutely unreal. I'll post more updates soon. I shared my story on REDDIT yesterday, and now I received this email. Thank you so much, @TeamYouTube, for finally reviewing my channel. I promised you my account was within the guidelines.
