@Nick_Mac10 Hi, Nick. I can confirm that we're not a bot. I'm sorry if you've felt disappointed by our responses. if you need help in the future, I would encourage you to check out our website which has lotts of helpful articles about your Experian Credit Report and Score. Thanks, Claire.
English

@ExperianExperts You sound very much like a bot, and this chat has been absolutely no use to me.
English

@Nick_Mac10 closing accounts, or changes to balances. Thanks, Neil. 2/2
English

@Nick_Mac10 Hi Nick, I can confirm the Free Experian account does indeed provide the full credit report, you can also get the full report with a free statutory report. For a score to drop there will need to have been changes to a report, this can be a number of different things such as 1/2
English

@Nick_Mac10 Hi Nick, sorry to hear that your score has dropped. The Free Experian account provides you with your full report, details of what affects a score can be found on our website here experian.co.uk/consumer/guide… Thanks, Neil.
English

@ExperianExperts @Experian It’s not really the full report though is it. And the app tells me that the only activity in the last month is a debt reduction of £12k yet you’ve reduced my score by 75 points.
English

@ExperianExperts whenever I try to log on I get a message that something has gone wrong and to try later. Have tried clearing cache and cookies and resetting password but nothing works. Any ideas?
English

@Experian @Nick_Mac10 your Experian Credit Report for free through the Experian App. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact our team over at ins.experian.co.uk/contact 2/2
English

@Experian @Nick_Mac10 Hey Nick, I'm sorry to hear that your Experian Credit Score has recently reduced. In order for your score to have changed, something would have had to change on your Experian Credit Report to cause this. You wouldn't need to pay to view this change, as you're able to view 1/2
English

@wastedonjd Hi there, this is an email that we do use to send out alerts to customers as part of our alerts service. You should be able to view the alert when logged in to your membership, if you are a Identity Plus or Credit Expert member. ^Stu

@Jorekai Hi Jorekai, If you can click the button below, can you tell me more about the email provider you use (ie. is this BT, Google etc) - and then we can look to see if there's any steps we can take to help you out. x.com/messages/compo…
English

@ExperianExperts - Hi I have recieved an email saying 'A credit account has been added to your credit report' and to log in to look at it... but I cannot remember my password and it won't let me reset it - it doesn't recognise my email. What can I do???
English

@Jorekai Hey Jorekai, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with logging in to your account with Experian, I completely understand how frustrating that must be. The email that you'd need to request is the one that is registered to your account, have you tried this?
English

@Experian @HelloPurgatory HelloPurgatory. I'm Sorry to hear about your default. To dispute information on your Experian Credit Report, use 'Contact Us' when logged in or 'Help and Assistance' if not. Thanks, Claire.
English

@HelloPurgatory You’ve reached Experian® US. Based on the information provided, it seems you need to speak to Experian® UK. Our counterpart in the UK, @ExperianExperts, should be able to help. Thank you -Vivian

@santanderuk
Have refused to investigate how a bank account switch that was not activated due to incomplete fraud/ID checks has accrued account charge debt & defaulted -impacting credit file. @financialombuds refused to investigate @TheFCA advise circles.

English

@danj0rdy passkey to access it by post. Thanks, Neil. 2/2
English

@danj0rdy Hi, you should still be able to log into your account and view your report, up to the date that your account is cancelled. You would also be able to order a statutory copy of your credit report at anytime here experian.co.uk/consumer/statu… but we will need to send the report or 1/2
English

@ExperianExperts is there a way i can stop a deactivation of my account?
English

@ESSaveliev Hi, I'm sorry it has not worked for you, I have checked and we are not aware with any issues with the line at our end. If you do still have any issues tomorrow please do let me know. Thanks, Neil.
English

@ExperianExperts I will try again tomorrow, as the lines will be closed soon today anyway.
English

@ExperianExperts I have a paid Credit Expert subscription and am trying to reach an agent by using the Call Us option. After I provide the code etc., the line simply disconnects before I get put through to an agent. What is going on?
English

@danj0rdy Hello. If you've cancelled your subscription, which it appears you have, we do not have a method for reversing this. You can resubscribe when your current subscription ends. Have a great day, Claire.
English

@ExperianExperts Its coming back with this im trying to upgrade to credit expert and it isnt letting me change it

English

@danj0rdy account? I would recommend changing any passwords and logins linked to your Experian account for security. Thanks, Claire. 2/2
English

@danj0rdy Hello. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're account has been deactivated without your permission! I understand this can be worrying. As Experian we are not able to reverse a deactivated account or a cancelled subscription. Are you able to login to your current 1/2
English

@Gratefu1Jo Hey Jo.
That does seem a little odd that you're seeing this happen. So that we can get this checked for you please email your name, date of birth and address to uksocialsupport@Experian.com For security reasons we can't take these details over social media.
English

@ExperianExperts I keep completing these questions and it keeps routing me back to this screen
