@beckychanceux Hi Becky, if you are being charged, you would likely still have an account with us that is open. In the Experian App, you would see a Call Us button under the Contact Us section in the App.

@ExperianExperts hi my wife is process of getting enhanced DBS check from yourselves for her job however your asking for ID from names she has been before marriage she has no ID of maiden name apart from NI card and our marriage certificate with her maiden name on it

@abibisctri Hi, sorry the reset link hasn't worked for you, if you click on the link for "Having trouble logging in?" and then "I cannot access my email" you can then confirm your ID using a photo of your ID and a short selfie video. If this still doesn't work for you please let me know. Thx
