@FedExHelp I have not received my package!! It says delivered. I came out right after and saw nothing!! I called and called and you refused to help! I want my money back.

@flyPALy flights have been cancelled several times. I am trying to upgrade for business class to secure a seat and you charge so much thru your reservation specialist compared online!!!! And how come you charge for a return flight when you cancelled my first flight to begin with?
@flyPAL I have called several times both in San francisco office and manila office. And still no resolution! They kept telling me they are waiting for support to respond.
