I am a very reluctant buyer of items online. Recently, I made two purchases on @temu_africa . The delivery dates suggested have been missed, their courrrier @Fastway_SA is uncontactable. This has become a bad experience, and as such, I have written my purchases off as losses .

Hey @Fastway_SA, me again. Sent a DM but you haven't responded, so let me ask here: what do you consider a reasonable timeframe between you receiving a parcel and getting it to the customer's door? You've had my parcel since early Fri, it's now 17:45 on Mon, still no delivery.
