@FedExEurope It’s most frustrating as I can’t contact you. Excepting a delivery important- aborted today as our road says closed but there is access to the property. You say you’ll try again tomorrow- same will happen. Can’t talk to a person to organise alternative-HELP

@FedExEurope Doesn’t really matter about the shape. It still wouldn’t be delivered on time and your tracking and staff would lie about its location. Your R&D team needs to find a solution to piss poor performance and dishonesty.

@FedExEurope Hi FedEx. The tracking for my package says it wasn't delivered yesterday because "Customer not available or business closed". This is a lie. No delivery attempt was made (I was home and I have cameras). Why lie? Why not just say "CBA"?
