@juliec148_julie @FedExEurope I’m devastated. I was SO diligent and the advisor was ‘super helpful’ but lied. I dropped it & the receiver also assured me would get collected today, as the FedEx agent had. Now see I ‘dropped it off too late’ (25 mins after the agent chat) and it’ll stay here til tomorrow. Crap

@FedExEurope 28 minute wait on your chat, refreshing page dumps you out. All this after being ill advised by a FedEx rep today regarding a package. Not being collected today from drop off location, after assurance it would be. Waste of time and money.
