@FedExHelpEU why’s my package not been delivered. It looks like the driver gave up. I’ve waited in all day for it because it was signed for the delivery time was pushed back from lunch time to to evening so I’ve waisted my time. Poor service.

@FedExEurope I want my package. It was due today before 1pm, pushed back to 6pm and then you gave up? What was the point in paying for over night delivery? I wanted its contents before the bank holiday weekend. It is a signed for package so I’ve stayed home all day for nothing

@FedExEurope this is not acceptable. My package was due before 1pm, then pushed back to 6pm then returned to the warehouse. I’ve wasted my day waiting in for it because it’s signed for. I paid for over night delivery because of the bank holiday weekend. Poor service on al fronts.

@FedExEurope i used to love FedEx, told everyone about how good you are, but then I had a surcharge added to an invoice, i stepped using you as I couldn’t reliably cost your service. I thought I'd give it another go, got a price for my package, billed much more! Never again!
