@GWRHelp If I had to leave work early because my train was cancelled can I claim on delay repay? This was the second day I had to leave early to get home to Melksham from Swindon but could only get to Chippenham via train ?

@GWRHelp got on the 16:58 train London Paddington to Hanborough which you then decided at Reading was no longer going to stop at Hanborough. Now on the delayed 17:34 meaning I'm now running 45mins late rather than 20mins. Great work.

Hey @GWRHelp, how can it be possible to cancel a service 30 mins before departure due to crew shortages - surely you know well in advance of the crew.
