Le Piss Filter was extremely overstated tbh. Whenever people make these posts they have to cherrypick the same few games, or even cherrypick certain scenes/areas within games—most of these didn't have yellow/brown color grading on the whole game, just certain areas.

If I had a release N64, went out and bought Majora’s Mask, went home and put it in, it would not work. I would have to buy the expansion pack separately. That would have been an extra ~$30 on top of the game I just bought. So it’s even worse than a day one patch.

@SirBadOpinions Sir, that is not a patch, that is literally a memory expansion pack. That is the equivalent of inserting more RAM into your computer. A patch is a software update, which, to be fair, some games did receive (i.e. Ocarina of Time in later carts censored the Fire Temple theme).

@GameNStuff @AVGN82 @txkitsu @_deceptionfalls No, that's always been one of the dumber anti-Nintendo complaints. It wasn't until like Dark Souls where D-pads were used as an extra set of buttons. The vast majority of games are controlled by either an analog stick or the D-pad. It's a complete non-issue.
