@geekonaleashuk @JoinCharlie Hiya, I agree with @geekonaleashuk why was no emails sent to users or super admins? The workaround isn’t viable for our remote team either, and some of them are having issues today, despite you advising that this would be fixed yesterday.

We had some downtime over the weekend caused by a problem with our domain renewal. This was fixed at 7pm UTC on Sunday 12th March. Most customers should not experience any problems today, but if you have any trouble connecting the Charlie website this morning you can... [1/2]

@marky_uk @JoinCharlie Morning, we fixed the issue our side at 7pm on Sunday evening. However some providers are taking time to update. I'm super sorry, I know this is frustrating.

@JoinCharlie My staff are still complaining this is down. I'm not going to tell them to change their DNS guys, sorry. The error isn't DNS, it's an expired cert - for both your site and our portal. Even fails on Vodafone/4G with the same. You aware this is still a mess?
