I haven’t been regular with my workouts or calorie tracking, but I’ve completely cut out alcohol and sugar and hit my protein intake religiously. I was happy with my current progress and physique—until saw the transformation of @AshwinKandra . Why settle for mediocrity when there’s so much more potential to unlock? Jan - 103 kg ➡️➡️ May - 89 kg

@Siddurp2 I had ganglion cyst on wrist . A doctor suggested that to keep it strike with heavy book as it’s also known as Bible cyst . Bhai bump to nahi Gaya but wrist me ab Tak pain rahata hai . Bump abhi aate jate rahata hai
