@japan_nobunaga I'd guess 15% is still the baseline, but 20% is a growing norm. I don't go to restaurants much any more, but I always tip my delivery drivers 20%. Seems worth it to have stuff brought directly to my door, and good tipping helps guarantee the stuff arrives hot/in good shape.

@MAGAMAHACindy That's true enough as far as it goes, but it doesn't account for how things have changed since the 1970's and '80's. Inflation, increased regulation and zoning restrictions, mass immigration increasing demand in relation to supply, so on and forth.

Stop blaming BOOMERS for your issues. Housing costs are undeniably high today, especially in many major cities. But every generation has had to budget, scrimp, and make sacrifices to get started in life and build a family. Boomers had to make tough choices when buying their first homes, just as younger generations do now.

Let me break it down in a simple way that I’ve been reporting from the beginning. To invent a vaccine for a disease that didn’t exist, our scientific Einsteins used taxpayer money to partner with communist China to create the dangerous virus in a lab—So that they could create a vaccine for it. Covid was a result of primarily US funded vaccine research, and that’s the thing they could not let you know. They stopped at nothing to obfuscate, misdirect, cover their tracks, protect themselves, and controversialize anyone telling the truth. The scientific establishment and media aided and abetted. I can think of no more impactful, crimes and violations that have occurred in our lifetime.
