There's nothing Faith Based in Project Hail Mary? Nothing? He's a Jesus figure. He's a teacher. He begs for the burden to be removed. Death and Resurrection themes. Hail Mary full of Grace. Two astronauts with him we're pretty immoral like thieves at Galgatha. They died. Four canisters sent back to earth we're named after four Beatles but also symbolic of the Four Gospels contained the cure for the world. Matthew Mark Luke and John. At the end they don't say exactly when his return to earth will be. Awaits the second coming. Rocky could be reference to Church, the Rock. Christ and the Church saved creation. I can go on and on. It's a perfect movie.

@ImKingGinger The film is clearly heavily Christian, the people who can't understand that probably call LOTR Pagan or Narnia sinful cause magic.

Lot’s of people are responding negatively to my analysis that Project Hail Mary is a Christian movie. Especially Christians. Faith Based Entertainment has spoon fed Church Slop to Christians for so long they don’t know how to do critical analysis of stories anymore. They can’t comprehend that a story about a man named Grace aboard a ship called Hail Mary who sacrifices his life to save humanity is a Christian story. Because nobody said a sinner’s prayer at the end and there wasn’t an altar call in the third act. Twenty years of Church Movies broke your brain. Faith Based entertainment has absolutely dumbed down Evangelicals.

People with tourette's are twice as likely to be violently assaulted than the general public. women with TS are 4 times more likely to be targeted by sexual violence. 1 in 4 of us try to kill ourselves. over half self harm. The stereotype that we are secretly evil people who use Tourette's to get away with being an asshole is literally life threatening to us. So fuck SNL. I'm tired of spending my life begging for understanding. I have to rely on public attiutudes just to have basic rights.
