Kashish’s extraordinary creation—a stunning dessert inspired by traditional Indian biryani—beautifully showcased the richness of Indian culinary heritage and has resonated deeply with the audience. From the delicate illusion of basmati rice crafted with coconut flakes, to the inventive “raita” and intricately detailed fondant spices, her work was a true celebration of creativity, precision, and cultural storytelling. Navtej Singh Rehal of the iconic pop group ‘Bombay Rockers’ of Denmark visited the Embassy ahead of his visit to India for the release of music of the forthcoming popular Hindi movie Dhurandhar-2 (Dhurandhar: The Revenge). Carsten Thamdrup Lund, CEO and Niels-Erik Lund, Chairman of Board, SunStone Ships met Ambassador @ManishPrabhat06 to discuss strengthening of cooperation between Denmark and India in the shipping sector. India’s Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited (GRSE) had signed an MoU with Denmark’s SunStone, a leading expedition cruise company in June 2025. This MoU aims at collaboration inter-alia in the area of expedition cruise vessels.
