Day 1 Turning my internal tool into a SaaS for lead gen agencies. Why? I was stupid enough to give a client my login so they could track their campaigns. Accidentally paused everything for a whole day. Smartlead charges $29 just for client access. So Built it myself.

While running my cold email agency, I picked up a client in MedTech who had a very unique offer. Only 7% of hospitals in the US needed his offer. Still, I took on the project. Long story short, it was the most difficult campaign I'd ran in my life. Unbelievable. So much of my time was spend building lead lists, doing account research, finding hard-to-get emails, A/B testing messages... and because his lead list was pretty small, I couldn't just yeet cold emails and pray. The project, which was supposed to be 3-months long, was stretched to 7. This is the reality of selling in a niche. We had 2 types of clients at SalesBlast: 1. Clients with large TAMs 2. Clients with small TAMs If you sell to a large TAM, cold email is... pretty easy. Get stuck? Just increase volume. Burn a lead list? Make another. Like it's pretty straightforward. Best piece of advice for agency owners: DO NOT feel bad charging a premium retainer for clients with complicated offers. The more complicated the offer, the more complicated the campaign.

@ThePeterMick Building a read-only client dashboard for cold email agencies. Client gets a live branded URL. No login. No screenshots. No shared Smartlead access. Agency controls exactly what they see.

Day 2 of building in public. Claude Code subscription ran out today. Gemini wasn't cooperating, and my 8GB RAM machine still chokes on heavy IDEs. Needed a backup so I tried Command Code. 🧵

@CommandCodeAI Where I landed: Command Code stays for long, complex sessions. Too slow for quick fixes though. Am I missing something, or is there a better lightweight alternative? 👇

@CommandCodeAI Grabbed their $1 GO plan to test DeepSeek V4 Pro. Gave it a simple sidebar change. Stats: 10 minutes, 136 runs, $0.04 spent. Verdict: it works, but it's slow. Both V4 Pro and Flash drag on small tasks. The CLI overhead is the real bottleneck, not the model.

@SwiggyInstamart Ordered a coin battery but received a button battery. product title and image were misleading. The order was also marked delivered around 40 mins before it actually arrived. Wrong item and poor delivery tracking. Requesting a refund or the correct replacement.

Hear me out. They picked BeerBiceps, expecting him to falter, handing the Pakistani side an edge, but he completely surprised them with his well-founded, precise arguments. Bet neither they, we, nor even Ranveer thought he would deliver this hard.

@Technerd_9 I feel like nothing is missing out on some major features that Samsung and Apple are providing. Like Automation/Routine, Text extraction from images, object removal. I can use all of these features (except automation) with Google one subscription which i have to pay.

As Anand sweats over decisions, the ad makes the everyday struggle hilariously relatable. By casting a smart, high-achieving personality facing a simple-yet-overwhelming task, Subway connects with every viewer who’s been in the same shoes.

Subway India tapped into this “decision fatigue” with humor by featuring none other than Viswanathan Anand, a chess genius. In the ad, Anand gets so overwhelmed by the choices, he starts strategizing on a tissue paper like it’s a chessboard! ♟️
