it’s honestly absurd that you can go to almost any midsize city in Europe and find dense, walkable, mixed-use urbanism but if you want that in america there are only 6 cities you can choose from and 5 of them are super expensive
I'm speechless... Dave has been offering huge mental, material and personnel supports to me while I was developing my career here. I was one of many who were drawn to the nucleosome world by Dave's enthusiasms and warmness. It is a devastating loss.
