Facts matters! Aafia Siddiqui was detained by Afghan National Police in Ghazni, Afghanistan, on July 17, 2008, she literally walked up to the governor's compound with her young son and was acting suspiciously. US FBI and military personnel only arrived the next day at the Afghan police facility to interview her. She was in "Afghan" custody first, not handed over by Pakistan in some 2003-era bounty deal. If any reward was involved at that point, it would have gone to the Afghans, not Pakistan's military. The official US complaint and court records confirm this sequence. Also, "Lady al-Qaeda" was on the FBI most-wanted list with serious suspicions. A real high-value rendition/capture bounty at the time would have been in the hundreds of thousands to low millions , not £43k. This sounds like mixing up her 2003 disappearance with the actual 2008 arrest in #Afghanistan.
