Hey @RadissonHotels can someone please jump on the many issues you are having at your Twickenham Stadium location. Ok the lifts aren’t working for hours but making guests wait to be escorted to rooms isn’t acceptable when staff are visually available.

Got to be the worst customer service of any retail store. @flannelsfashion Newcastle. Mis information and condescending tone. A little common sense and courtesy would have saved my custom but instead they choose to loose my loyalty and the business.

The delicacies we have on offer today in the @Aspirelounge at Newcastle airport are. Raw rice, cold curry and a solitary piece of stale bread. Licking a wall would be more nutritious. It’s impressive how consistent Apsire Lounges are with the terrible quality of their food.

Three times now I have spoken to @British_Airways customer services to be told I will get a refund in 10 days for the flight they cancelled. 10 days pass each time and I phone again to hear there is no record. Is the next best option CEDR.com ?

@VELUXGBI @VELUX Hi Becca, I spoke with your colleagues on that number and have been offered all my @VELUXGBI windows replacing in March as they are all faulty. That does however mean I am unable to use my study for over a month which is not ideal or acceptable really.

So, one of my @VELUX Windows spontaneously imploded last night and rained thousands of tiny shards of glass all over my desk. Very lucky it wasn’t through the working day. @VELUXGBI Aren’t available until a Monday, I guess I board it up for the weekend.

So frustrating to watch hugely over paid @premierleague football players and all the diving and assimilation after watching the #6nationsrugby. Get a grip.
