Switched dental insurances to @JoinLevel hoping it would simplify claims. So far–way more annoying. Used the card, got email that says I might need to pay back the amount & they “worked hard” to get the claim from my dentist. Fwded to my dentist and provided the info in an hour.

When I first got @JoinLevel thought idea was great. But nothing but miserable experiences. Latest tried to pay at dentist; declined but shows it went through on their side. Pay out of pocket; they won’t reimburse until office sends them x-rays and periodontal records. Why?
