@UbisoftSupport Im telling you they did not have access to my mail account. They used my email to log into ubisoft sure. But my actual mail account is secure and fine. So do not try and spin the blame around on me. When someone tries to log into my account I should have a text or email with code

@JoshWebbbb If you got a mail for the password having been changed, then the hacker must have had access to the mail account. With the mail account not being secure and any changes in the Ubisoft account being possible from there, this is not our systems failing 😕

@UbisoftSupport But someone needs to investigate or look into it. I have plenty of screenshot or emails clips etc that can prove the account is mine. Why should I be punished for your security systems failing?

@UbisoftSupport They didn't have access. I didn't have an email about a code or anything. I had 3 emails within a minute saying my password was changed. Then they logged in from the other side of the world. Then they disabled my 2 factor. I can provide screenshots if needed

@UbisoftSupport So a AAA game company there's nothing you can do for me and all the money and time I've spent on your games is just gone? Especially when its a security failure by you guysfor my 2 factor not activating. Pretty outrageous if you ask me. Is there a way to speak to legal

@JoshWebbbb If there is no other option to verify someone as the owner of the Ubisoft account, then it's not possible to help you further with the account. The verification process has been created in accordance with the GDPR and cannot be deviated from.

@UbisoftSupport This is the problem the person who hacked my account had changed my email and thats the only way they'll accept that its me. So they won't help me
