Unfortunately, no penalties have been paid. There has been zero military accountability. We have a perfect (and politically palatable) tool in Grade Determinations (reducing retired rank) but apparently we are just going to let all the criminality by military brass over the last 10 years simply slide.

@CatchUpFeed Vindman is on the payroll of Ukrainian oligarchs and has committed treason against the United States, for which he will pay the appropriate penalty

First sentence of the 80 page dissent by Biden appointee Judge Childs: CHILDS, Circuit Judge, dissenting: "Contempt of court is a public offense, and the fate of our democratic republic will depend on whether we treat it as such." The fate of our democratic republic....

"Finally, mandamus is the appropriate remedy to halt the “antagonistic jurisdiction” assumed by the district court in pursuit of this improper inquest against the Executive." The words of two D.C. Appeals Court judges about District Judge Boasberg. We shall see if the remainder of the heavily tilted Democrat court allows those words to stand, or if they take the case en banc. Article tomorrow morning.

One needn't be pro-life (as I myself am) to be scandalized by the gross abuses of civil liberties by Biden administration officials, abetted by ideological allies, in their crusade against pro-life activists and peaceful protesters. I hope that legal recourse against some parties in their personal capacity will be available. Wrongs need to be righted and markers need to be laid down.

NEW: The Justice Department just released an 800+ report on how President Joe Biden's administration weaponized the FACE Act against pro-life Americans and Americans of faith. It's worse than we thought. 🧵

The Justice Department agreed to another slap-on-the-wrist sentence for a Chinese national attacking our food supply. We have to impose the highest costs on China for sending diseases into our country.

I miss country music. The real kind, where a guy in a lime suit and lime cowboy boots shows up with a BAC of .35. Or maybe he doesn’t show up at all because he’s doing lines of coke in the backseat of a Cadillac Eldorado with a stripper named Mary Lou he just met at Waffle House.

We'll be doing an amicus brief, but it's absurd that all that currently stands between Patrick Adamiak and many more years in prison is a longshot cert petition. Given some of the other pardons President Trump has issued, it's very frustrating Adamiak has not gotten one.

🚨 Four Republicans joined Democrats to force a vote extending temporary amnesty to 350,000+ Haitians by reversing Pres. Trump’s decision to end Haiti’s TPS designation. NumbersUSA Action urges Reps to vote NO on H.R. 1689 and we will be scoring this vote. Our Statement Below:

You guys used DOJ to target Trump, pro-lifers, conservatives etc. Twice, Trump has had to restore it to a nonpartisan mission, but your vision is so skewed that you see neutrality as a GOP position. And don’t get me started about the IRS scandal — which you personally launched.

The same day @SecWar signed the memo telling commanders to stop arbitrarily denying troops the ability to use their Constitutionally-protected right to bear arms, the base commander at Little Creek doubled down against a military retiree. Harsh examples of commanders pulling these kind of stunts will have to be made to get the force to obey, and treat service members like citizens again. @infantrydort
Rob Green@RobGreen1010

🚨Heavy Handed removal of retiree benefits: A retired LCDR was just banned from all Navy bases and facilities in the Hampton Roads area for accidentally having a personal weapon in his vehicle at the base gate checkpoint. The retired naval officer has a Concealed Carry Permit. He also followed all directions provided to him by base security while voluntarily discussing his CC permit and noting that he had mistakenly had the weapon in his vehicle. Security suggested he turn around and come back without the weapon. He did so gladly and immediately returned back through the same gate (without the weapon of course) while the same security guards offered apologies for the inconvenience. The subsequent ban was an unexpected shock and a grave heavy-handed response to an honest mistake. The JAGs and Commander at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek have unilaterally removed all retiree benefits (except retiree pay) from an honorable man. He can no longer attend base functions, work a job on the base, use MWR facilities, or the commissary (military grocery store). Based on Secretary @PeteHegseth’s desire to ensure Second Amendment rights are defended by our Institutions, and that those exercising these rights are not unlawfully weaponized against, I pray this ban is quickly reversed.

@LeaderJohnThune if what you said were true you would have passed the Save act, and moved on to codify the @realDonaldTrump s executive orders so the Dems cant open the borders back up if and when they take over. We see you, we are tired of the Same old Same old from the Republican party. Fix it or get out of the way

Democrats are doing everything they can to try to return to the Biden-era open-border crisis, and Republicans refuse to allow that to happen. Chairman Graham is drafting a narrow budget resolution to ensure that Border Patrol and ICE have additional resources beyond what we’ve already provided to keep doing their jobs.

Remember when the Obama FBI visited CIA chief David Petraeus and let him know they somehow knew he was having an affair? But they also told him don't worry. They said they'd determined he didn't break any laws and they'd keep it quiet. Then, a year later when Petraeus wasn't playing nicely with the Obama folks on the coverup regarding the Islamic terrorist nature of the Benghazi attacks, suddenly Petraeus is "outed" for his affair and forced out of office. The timing is interesting, no? It's almost as if power brokers in govt. collect files or "dirt" on important people, then let the people know the files or "dirt" exists to keep them in line. Then, when and if those folks fall out of line, years old allegations and stories are leaked to the media. And the media, as well as the target's former political allies, who would normally defend the target because of his political status... suddenly all demand resignations or whatnot and destroy the target. It sounds like a movie plot, but we know this sort of thing happens. Thoughts?

After reviewing 60 million voter records (out of an estimated 174 million nationwide), @AAGDhillon found *hundreds of thousands* who shouldn’t be on the voter rolls—including many noncitizens. We need the SAVE America Act to protect the sanctity of our elections. Pass it on.

“We’ve run 50–60 MILLION voter records and found HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS who should not be on the rolls—dead voters, movers, duplicates, even non-citizens. This is not ‘a conspiracy theory.’ It’s data.” @HarmeetKDhillon This is exactly why Cause of America was founded: corrupt voter rolls + mass mail ballots + no real ID checks = a system BUILT for abuse. We don’t fix this with press releases. We fix it with citizen-led canvassing, list cleanup, and lawfare in every corrupt county in America. Join us in the fight. CauseOfAmerica.org
