Woah Buddy! Insane LEGO Corruption!
The American Fork Police Department just "accidentally" released 50gb of unredacted Body Cam footage reguarding Reckless Ben and Bricks and Minifigs, but deleted it to late before the internet grabbed them.
In the media dump the Joshua Johnson asks to see the legal court papers but the officer refuses to show it to him because it would count as a legal service and says it would "place him in a bind"
This police department, Joshua Johnson and Ammon McNeff are all toast. I've never seen the internet unanimously come together in unison on anything like this in my life.

I'm an Aussie and I'm hooked on this story ... I hope BAM get done for RICO since it's a criminal enterprise and fits the bill 🤣. I wonder if the family business, formerly known as Legally Mine gets pulled into this.
It wasn't Reckless Ben that harmed Bricks and Minifigs ... they did that to themselves all by themselves imho

Bricks & Minifigs. This story is an addictive drug. And it just gets worse. As of today, the McNeff's are now suing Bryan Mansell, (the guy they stole the Lego from), Reckless Ben and associates, (The guy who exposed them stealing the Lego from Bryan), and what appears to be every other youtuber and content maker online, who commented on the scandal. They are being sued for, (amongst other things), the following: "Plaintiffs are entitled to reimbursement of amounts by which codefendants were unjustly enriched" The lawsuit goes on to list every source of income imaginable, including all funds raised on GoFundMe and GiveSendGo. What a shakedown. I thought the McNeff clan were just stupid. It now appears their guiding principle in life is Alec Baldwin's finger. Yeah, like @MemeCopium said, Reckless Ben REALLY needs to get a lawyer no matter what. It's super rare for people who represent themselves to actually win a case.

Reckless Ben is currently representing himself in the court case where Bricks and Minifigs is suing him for over $1 Million in damages.
I get he wants to show that a "little guy" can stand up to a massive corporation, but this really is a reckless decision.

In the wake of the Coffeezilla video, there's been a lot of chatter about which side is really "at fault." At the end of the day, none of that matters legally. BAM Franchising Inc. assumed ownership of the Salem OR store. That means BAM Franchising assumed all the assets--and OBLIGATIONS--of the Salem Store as the successor-in-interest of the business. They not only have a moral obligation to ensure the Mansells are repaid -- they have a legal one.

Not only that, BAM is silencing Reckless Ben to the extent on all platforms. Luckily Patreon knew what shit they were pulling and just told BAM to shove it up their ass. And I blocked BAM myself because now they are so corrupt I won't pay a visit myself. (@LEGO_Group, fix this!)

I can't believe BAM is violating the 1st Admendmant right to Reckless Ben, even the PD as well. I think this court case needs to be escalated to where the USA court system fines BAM for violating Reckless Ben's constitutional rights.
