Just had a message from a disabled resident who is furious after learning Mayor Rahman is now charging him £30 for his Personalised Disabled Parking Bay. @TH_Labour cllrs opposed this new charge and our amendment to the Budget sought to delete it. Aspire cllrs nodded it through

Just learnt officers have realised a mistake has been made as the budget for Tower Hamlets Council's Food Hub is less in '24/25 than in '23/24, so the petition against Mayor Rahman's decision to cut it will be accepted after all. Hopefully this will force him to reinstate funding
