My favorite workshop to teach! Come join me and learn how to (correctly) analyze the data from programs like ECLSK, TIMSS, PISA, BPS! I support folks who want to learn in R, SPSS, Stata, Mplus, and, my favorite, SAS!

@b_mmoorhead @NSF We included our eval data for our BCSER methods institute in our DMP (if 3 year old memory serves…)
English

Question for #evaluators who work on @NSF #evaluations… 🤔 Are #eval data subject to the same sharing requirements as research data, and thus, must be included in the data management plan (DMP)? Thanks in advance! #AcademicTwitter

@JkayFlake @MattDabrowski Dillman text has a section on that with experimental results in rates of obtaining appropriate, usable, info.
English

@MattDabrowski I think those issues are really important. I imagine they study stuff like that im user experience research but I haven’t seen much of it in the academic literature except just the difference between paper and computer assessments.

@GAbdurokhmonova @LangSciStation @PlanetWordDC I hope you said “no” to the question about taking it home….
English

A very enthusiastic 5-year-old participant asked if he could take our fNIRS computer home so that he can look at his brain every day.🧠He also asked how we know where one brain area ends and another begins. Love to see this excitement about @LangSciStation @PlanetWordDC🌟

@justincmajor Absolutely! We have had scholars who have had 0 quant experience up to 7-8 grad courses of experience but who want to partner with our quant methodologists to hone their craft. The program tries to meet folks where they are and is very individualized.
English

@LauraMStapleton Is it okay if we already have a lot of quant experience and are looking to 1) build on that experience (advanced methods), and 2) better tailor it to equity-centered outcomes?
English

A bit over ONE MONTH LEFT to apply to have a quant/measurement angel on your shoulder. #STEMEd early career scholars, expand your skillset & your support network! Our year-long experience includes free workshops, 1:1 mentoring, & a trip to U of Maryland.
