On May 16, Louisiana voters will have the opportunity to vote for a permanent teacher pay raise by voting YES on Amendment 3.

He shows this bag of Walmart brand Great Value shrimp. The bag is 2 pounds, which is 32 ounces
When he weighs the shrimp, it’s only 25.9 ounces
He weighs each individual shrimp, each should be roughly 11.3 grams, shrimp after shrimp only weigh 6 grams and 8 grams
We are being robbed. You’re paying for extra water frozen to the outside of the shrimps

@WallStreetApes First of all, don’t buy your shrimp from Walmart. Go to a fresh market. Second of all, most frozen shrimp is imported from China and tastes disgusting! Third of all, the Gulf of America has the most tasty fresh shrimp you’ll ever put in your mouth.

We should revive traditional clothing. So many cultures have really cool traditions and manufacturing techniques shaped by local materials and climate. Everything has become so homogenized now that many people don’t even know how their ancestors dressed.

@AppWoodHome Depends on what variety you’re planting. Roma or Slicer? Determinate (bush/produces all at one time) or indeterminate (produces slowly the entire season)?
15-20 Roma bush tomatoes I think would achieve your goal. Slicers just have too much water to cook out for sauce.

I haven’t canned tomatoes in years and have only ever canned what I had. I didn’t plant with goals in mind.

@silvopasturist @HemmerleinLee Once lavender has a woody base like this, it doesn’t matter how far you cut it back. That woody base will remain. You must cut it back hard every year to avoid that woody base. My advice, pull it and plant a new one and cut it back almost to the ground every year early spring.
