OpenAI Codex 上线了 Record & Replay 功能：在 Mac 上把一个重复性操作演示一遍，Codex 会观察你的操作过程，自动生成一个可复用的 Skill。下次遇到同样的任务，换一组输入参数，Codex 就能替你重新执行。
目前仅限 macOS，欧盟地区暂不可用，使用前需要先开启 Computer Use。
这个功能解决的问题很具体。很多日常工作流程步骤固定但难以用文字描述清楚：报销填单要选对科目和审批人，发布视频要按固定顺序填标题、标签、缩略图，创建 issue 要勾选特定的标签和指派人。以前想让 AI 帮你做这些事，你得把每一步写成精确的指令。Record & Replay 的思路是，与其写说明书，不如做一遍给它看。
操作流程不复杂。在 Codex 桌面端打开 Plugins，点加号菜单，选 Record a skill，然后正常在 Mac 上完成一遍操作。完成后停止录制，Codex 会分析你的操作，生成一份 Skill 文件，里面包含触发条件、所需输入、执行步骤和验证方式。这份 Skill 可以检查、可以编辑，不是黑盒。
重放的时候，开一个新对话，告诉 Codex 用这个 Skill，给它这次不同的参数就行。Codex 会结合 Computer Use（桌面操控）、浏览器操作和已连接的 plugin 来完成任务。

如果你的 Codex /goal 跑一晚上，第二天一看烂尾了，可能真不怪 Codex。。。
十有八九是 goal 写得太辣鸡了，比如“帮我做个 App”、“修一下 bug"，这种话人能听懂，agent 不知道怎么验证、重试几次、啥时候该停。
乔木老师把他那篇 4 万字的 Goal 文档做成了一个 skill：
你说一句话需求，它给你翻译成一份完整的任务合同，验证方式、约束、写入边界、迭代策略、完成条件、暂停条件全部补齐，复制就能跑。

fable 5 burns tokens fast but write the prompt like this and it's totally workable.

a frontend design prompt i've been testing that works well:
redesign {your page, e.g. pricing page} for this project. full creative freedom, but it has to be visually striking and interactive, with motion effects and a hidden easter egg. search 2026 design trends first and use them.

以前推理强度我都无脑 Max，现在用 Fable 5 就得斟酌着选择，不敢随便选 Max，一方面它足够聪明不需要，另一个是时间长 token 消耗太大！
另外 Fable 5 有个优点也是缺点，就是特别喜欢验证，各种验证，结果固然是好，但是时间耗得很长不一定合算。

发现Claude Fable 5强的地方之一，可能是模型思考推理的时间足够长。 刚提了个想法，它思考15分钟才开始行动，牛逼。

no more walls of cryptic commands.
just an app that opens like any other app and then gets to work.
here’s the part that changed everything for me:
the new desktop app automatically breaks any task into a team of specialized AI agents.
one agent scans your sources at 6am.
one agent writes the summary in your voice.
one agent sends it to your group chat before you’re even awake.
you don’t assign the work.
you don’t manage the agents.
you don’t babysit the workflow.
you describe the outcome once, and the system figures out how to divide the work and execute it on its own.
the numbers from my own week:
→ 1 install, 0 lines of code
→ 3 agents running a workflow autonomously
→ ~5 hours/week of repetitive work → ~0
→ useful on day 1
→ adapted to my habits by day 30
the distance between “i should automate this” and actually having it automated just collapsed to a single download.

- Green across the board (attribution, windows-footguns, ruff, e2e, all 6 test shards). #38206 is DIRTY with zero CI.
- No new runtime deps, English stays default, purely additive. Clean foundation that makes adding the next locale just one more table
