Interesting PVC at @MUSChealth with @JRWinterfield. PVC was quickly mapped to lateral wall near ALPM insertion. A False Tendon was seen on ICE connecting from PM to basal Septum. LAT there was earlier than rest of septum. Are we seeing the FT activation?#Epeeps @AbbottCardio 1of3

Fun microreentrant circuit mapped with @JRWinterfield and @ChauVoMD at @MUSChealth. Pt presented in Tach, TS wire terminated. Could not be reinduced with CS pacing. Easily reinduced at DZ (found with Atrial ILAM). OT did a wonderful job of annotating. 2s of RF and NSR. #Epeeps

Had some fun with @docAnneSquared and @DanBLevinMD using LiveView with OT to locate an epicardial connection after PWI on a redo AF. Signal was too delayed for traditional window setup so Grid was self-referenced and the arrows showed the way! #EPeeps #OnlywithOT

Scheduled De Novo AFib, but this patient had other ideas. Made a quick left sided map and identified a clear target. Check out that unipolar on our earliest point! With the use of #HDGrid along with #TactiCathSE this AT stood no chance! @okc_ep #EPeeps

A fun day at @AnMed_Health! Patient returned for flutter ablation after previous ablation with a competitive mapping system. Atypical flutter was mapped in LA using #HDGrid. CL was 250 as it went across the roof. Terminated the flutter with #TCSE. @AbbottCardio @sheilapressley7
