@mbelshazly I think two reasons, one there is a trend for better outcomes less chf better EF with observational studies with lbbap, better controlled hf=less afib and vt. Two pacing using conduction system tissue less likely to cause functional block than pacing myocardium so no reentry

Old school players to new school fools…. No disrespect intended I just love OutKast! Great case recently…. Had a concealed Left sided AP which was participating in ORT. Instant eccentric activation on V pacing, easily inducible. Did open window map as well as mapping retrograde with V pacing. High density mapping is amazing… and I love open window technique…. Maps can be manipulated, maps can be tweaked to look amazing but EGMs don’t lie!! Below is our Map - OW lead us to one spot and EGMs to another (albeit very close by) - ablated at the “new-school” spot and as I predicted - tach continued… ablated at the “old-school” spot and instant termination! Non-inducible at the end and all retrograde was AV nodal. To quote @DrRoderickTung it’s dangerous to take the EGMs out of the hands of the Electrophysiologist!
