#EPeeps — can @AbbottCardio #VoltPFA be used safely in the RVOT? Following PVI/PW #AFib ablation, PVCs were mapped to the RVOT. The Volt catheter tracked easily into the RVOT from the Agilis sheath left in the RA and safely and successfully ablated the focus. @martinezcarl3D

Goldilocks rule applies to EP as well. Prior IMI with low EF, clinical VT ( apical inferolateral exit per EKG) not HDS. Sinus map paucity of relevant DZ. S3 mapping induced. S2 unmasked DZs noninducible with triples after ablation. Great mapping @forkknifecab_EP #EPeeps #VT
