Incredible heroism and tragedy at Bondi Beach. An Australian man walked up from behind the terrorist and disarmed him. He then showed incredible restraint in not blasting him, only for the shooter to walk away and grab another rifle on the bridge. One man then left from the cover of a tree and was shot. Finally, another man approached the bridge and started shooting at the terrorists.

in 23' there were approx 49,316 suicide deaths in the US nearly 80% of these were male. . . while all suicide deaths are terrible, we have an epidemic going on primarily in younger men (age 15-35) a college friend & former roommate of mine, married with two kids, took his life almost 5 years ago. It's just something that I really struggle to comprehend I try to remind myself every day that you have no idea what someone is going through, people are far too good at putting on a mask I think we all struggle in figuring out how to address this, but yes always talk to someone if you are struggling mentally What I will add is, we need to not be afraid of being honest & a bit vulnerable. Most people are understanding & most are likely also going through their own battle RIP Marshawn Kneeland, thoughts are with his friends and family 💔

@dickfain Woo was pulled too late! They had Gabe up for a reason and didn’t even use him for the only opportunity you can in the game with it being the 7th inning. If not there then where does he pitch? You knew that cuz you had him up and ready to go!
