My business/life advice tonight: NEVER GIVE UP. 2025 was a rough year for my business. The year ended with a negative net profit margin. (Close to zero). 2023 and 2024 were better but not by much. I started seeing signs at the start of 2025 that things were not going well and realized that things needed to change. I felt like giving up so many times. Lots of stress. Lots of doubt. I didn’t give up. I kept making changes that I knew would work. Halfway through 2026 my business is at a 20 percent net profit margin. Not through the woods yet but it feels good to finally be making progress. Thank you to everyone here on X who has supported my business.
