@The_BKC This doesn’t take affect until 2028. This was already passed in 2020 under the Virginia minimum wage act. It was previously scheduled to be $15 an hour. Why pass “new bills” that were already passed?

It’s not that you need to go 2’ down. It’s 2’ out. Horizontal over vertical stops the digging underneath. Cover with some soil and plant grass. Also, plant natural raccoon deterrents outside of the chicken run. Onions, peppers, garlic etc will cause raccoons to move on to another area.
