@britishairways landed in Florence for my 50th birthday with my family. Half planes luggage left in Heathrow. Husband spent 2 days of the 3 here chasing and driving 3 hours to try and get luggage. Still not got. Ruined 50th and BA useless. We are silver members. Shocking
