How I make MOIST, delicious Ground Beef that stores well in the fridge for up to ~5 days:
(Make this on Sundays and pair it with rice/potatoes and veggies during the week)
Ingredients
- 96/4 Ground Beef (You can use a fattier option if you prefer)
- 1 packet Old El Paso taco seasoning per every 2 lbs
- Splash of water (2-3 tbsp)
- Splash of olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Equipment
- Large nonstick pan
- Wooden spoon or spatula
Instructions
1) Preheat your pan over medium-high heat for about 1 minute — you want the oil hot and shimmering but not smoking
2) Add a splash of olive oil and swirl it around to coat the surface evenly
3) Add the ground beef to the pan — it should sizzle slightly on contact
4) Break it up immediately with your spoon or spatula into small crumbles
5) Season lightly with salt and pepper as it cooks
6) Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is mostly browned and no pink remains
7) Add the taco seasoning and stir well to coat the beef evenly
8) Add a splash of water (2-3 tbsp) if the mixture looks dry — this helps the seasoning blend in and coat the meat
9) Cook for another 1-2 minutes — stirring constantly until the beef is fully coated and the liquid has mostly evaporated
10) Taste and adjust with extra salt or pepper if needed
11) Turn off the heat and let the beef rest in the pan for 1 minute
12) Serve this seasoned ground beef in tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, eat it by itself, etc OR store for later use
ENJOY

10 years later and only maybe 2 people in this pic are still relevant in YouTube views.
Interesting how things change.

@25NicoPuri @SlumRNA_Dog Taste the maltiest of those 3 to me, so it’s my favorite

@SlumRNA_Dog Sapporo is the best, but too heavy for multiple.
Asahi for all-nighters.
I'm open to someone convincing me Kirin is a valid choice.

I still support Vance as Trump’s successor. But I worry at times he’s too beholden to the dumber parts of the online right. Respectfully replying to Sarah Stock on Twitter, regurgitating the “ufos are DEMONS” meme, now peddling Epstein conspiraslop—a little concerning.
Michael Tracey@mtracey
JD Vance says he's "obsessed" with the Epstein Files and calls for an investigation into the emails that reference pizza and grape soda. Guy's absolutely shameless. Somehow manages to posture as an Epstein True Believer, while also bending over backwards to exonerate Trump!
