Today is #LatinaEqualPayDay. So we’d like to remind you that Latina women who work full-time, year-round earn 57 cents for every dollar men earn. Latinas need to work nearly an additional 12 months to earn what non-Hispanic, white men made the prior year. This is unacceptable.
