@Trustpilot are you being paid by businesses to take down bad reviews? Your integrity process is rather dodgy and lacks complete comment sense.

Blocked customer on Facebook and continued to charge money after customer made it clear they wanted to cancel and get a refund.

@babie_sunflower They shouldn't be charging you AT ALL after a cancellation. You should contact your bank or paypal and file a chargeback, these charges are completely unauthorized. Such dodgy behaviour!

@MyLivia_ It's been a month and I have no product, no tracking information, and no response to my email I sent Friday morning. Am I getting my stuff or am I getting my money back because at this point I'm annoyed, HIGHLY

@babby_hannah_ If you paid via card you can request that your bank reverse the charge (a chargeback), and if you used paypal you should be able to do the same thing with their Buyer Protection.

@MyliviaScam Literally just emailed me not even a whole 60 seconds ago. Said it should be here by the 25th. If it's not by the 26th I'm filing because I'm still within my 180 days with paypal

@MyLivia_ @TODAYshow I ordered livia on March 18. still hasn’t shipped. emailed last week and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I have tried calling but every time I call it says no representatives are available. Other people responded to my comment with the same problem and those were erased as wel
