Sometimes our inner parts created from wounds fuel us and turn negative energy into a productive grind, but it limits our perspective through the lens of trauma. Addressing trauma would produce as much productivity or more, but from a clearer, calmer and more compassionate state.

💭 Imagine #AI performing your job with a perfection you couldn't achieve... What would you do with that newfound time? Pursue a passion, master an art, or change the world in uniquely human ways? What is the evolution of future work?

In the tech world, it's crucial to remember that behind the glamor, many face disconnection & loneliness. Let's take this as a reminder to unite, prioritize mental health, and support each other. You never know what someone is going through. nypost.com/2023/05/05/goo…

I think some of our best work comes from our healed parts. You combine perspective with experience.

If you're having sleep problems and you read Why We Sleep, have you tried getting a sleep study? Did you know having an AHI of just 5 is considered normal, but means your sleep is disturbed at least 40 times in 8 hours or every 12 mins on average?

I want to go somewhere where: 1) I can stay directly on the beach (no crossing roads, straight onto the sand) 2) I can walk to 10+ great restaurants (don't care about fancy, just great food) 3) Is relaxing and quiet (minimal road noise, etc) Needs all 3. Where should I go?

Don't fall into the trap of blaming others for your anger. Instead, take a deep breath and ask yourself what's really going on within you

Alrighty, it's official - "alrighty" has run its course as our go to filler word for wrapping things up. We need something fresh and catchy that'll grab people's attention. I propose bringing back "right on".

@AliAbdaal Flip side: let’s say someone like you—well-known, respected, and successful—offers a course from their POV. That’s noway near a scam, but it may dangle a carrot in front of people. Success like yours is rare. So people should be self-aware in their expectations, but also hopeful

Why is it that when some people release an online course, their audience broadly says “cool” but when others release an online course, their audience broadly says “scam”? Been thinking about this recently, here are some malformed thoughts

@AliAbdaal An online course starts heading into the scammy category if: 1. The creator is unknown. If the creator is unknown, they can probably get away with a lot 2. The content is not well-researched, unreliable, or too outdated to be useful 3. The marketing is too good to be true

Let's be real, you're not using subtitles because they enhance the viewing experience, you're using them because your attention span is shorter than time it takes for a character to die in Squid Game

crazy to think about the number of people out there paid very handsomely to regurgitate ideas they heard from someone more original most of the people you “listen to” are just idea vultures, scavenging for the next mealy morsel to regurgitate
